• Condition Details: Pre-owned and in beautiful, clean physical condition. The premium faux leather is structurally flawless with all original contrast stitching intact, no major scuffs, and absolutely no leaks.
• Please Note: The original retail paper tags are no longer attached, and the soft fabric care tag has been cleanly cut off from the rear foot seam. There is a tiny, minor surface scuff on the bottom pad of one foot (clearly visible in the close-up photo), which is completely hidden from view when the hippo is standing upright on a shelf.

• Faux-Leather Finish: The faux leather is structurally intact with no peeling, rips, or tears. Please note there are a few areas with minor dark shading and subtle surface variations on the body. It is not ruined or deeply stained, but exhibits normal, light cosmetic characteristics from gentle handling and display.
• Stitching: The red decorative stitching on one of the legs has pulled slightly loose and unraveled into short loops (clearly pictured). This is a purely cosmetic flaw that does not affect the structural integrity of the seam—there are no holes or openings, and the bookend remains fully solid.

Aside from the loose threads and minor surface shading, there is nothing wrong with it—it remains fully functional as a heavy bookend or a luxury standalone shelf sculpture. Because it is missing tags and shows gentle handling, it was priced accordingly to reflect its pre-owned condition while accounting for its rare, discontinued designer status.
